He has over 15years of international experience as a Consultant, Finance & Commercial Manager in both Public and Private sectors in charge of Strategy, Finance, Commercial, New Business Development, and Human Resources. He has experience across Telecoms, Education, Manufacturing, Constructions, and Service Industries.

MICHAEL AVLE

CEO

Michael is an experienced Commercial Manager with exceptional track record in leadership skills and results-based strategies for maximum revenue and profit growth, achieved over 15-years in leadership roles within telecoms, fin-tech, ICT, and eCommerce industries. He is skilled in identifying and resolving critical issues impacting productivity and business operations. Also efficient at developing change management strategies and implementing improved systems.

Michael holds a BSc. Botany Degree from the University of Ghana and an MBA in Marketing from the Sikkim Manipal University of Health, Medical and Technological Sciences, India. He also has a certificate in Marketing Management from GIMPA, Accra, and is an ABRSM (UK) certified music tutor.

Previous Experience includes General Manager, Scolmore Ghana Ltd. Group Head of Marketing, PEG Africa. Founder, Lead Consultant, MM Consult. Alternative Channels Manager, Vodafone. Centres Operations Manager, Busy Internet (Busy 4G). Head of Schools Support Department, E-Toys & More (Digital Education Group).

Michael also consults for various institutions mainly around Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Business Strategy and Business Transformation. He enjoys teaching music in his spare time.

MRS. ISRAELLA MAWUENA QUANSAH

Israella Mawuena Quansah has a solid technical knowledge in service management with a background in hospitality management, Sales and Marketing acquired from GIMPA, Takoradi Technical University and professional certification from the Institute of Hospitality Management, UK. She is a seasoned entrepreneur with clients in both public and private sector businesses in Ghana. She has great managerial, supervisory and administrative skills and experience stemming from 16 years of service with VALCO, Ghana College of Physicians and Surgeons, Ghana Tourism Authority, Hotels and Local Government – Yilo Krobo District Assembly.

SAMUEL DOGBATSE

CONSULTANT, GOVERNANCE & RISK

Samuel is a seasoned Risk, Technology and Performance Improvement business leader with nearly 20 years of experience spanning Strategy, Operations, Technology Management Transformation & Optimization, Risk Management, Business & Risk Analytics and Entrepreneurship. He has a first degree in Mathematics, a Master’s in Risk Management; is a certified IT Auditor and is currently pursuing an EMBA Accounting at the University of Ghana Business School.

Samuel has evolved a reputation for acute problem solving, exceptional leadership with proven ability to turn around lines of businesses and organizations. He leverages his rich global experience in working in Africa, the Americas, APAC and Europe resulting in leadership and solution/delivery outcomes which recognize relevant cultural sensitivities and nuances critical for evolving turnaround change programmes.

Over the years he has led technology, risk and change programmes at Director level (VP/SVP) in FTSE and Wall Street companies such Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, MasterCard International, Aviva PLC , Ernst & Young Ghana (focusing on World Bank and Financial Service projects) and other world class organizations resulting in uniquely positioned perspectives arising from the depth and breadth of experience garnered across various industries.

He was until recently the domain lead for the West Africa Data & Analytics practice based out of EY Ghana. A sub-line of the technology consulting & advisory practice spearheading all things data oriented (Data Science, advanced analytics, Machine learning etc). A team he built from ground up. Samuel is a technology entrepreneur with proven go to market experience across multiple geographies. He is an aviation enthusiast and is very passionate about all things Statistical Learning, Formula One related, smooth Jazz oriented, mentoring young people as well as preaching the gospel in the most rural and unreachable of areas.

BEN COBBLAH

BEN COBBLAH - BUSINESS DEVELOPEMENT

Benjamin started his career as a Teacher in 1998 with University Practice School (South Campus) in Winneba-Ghana. He is currently the Country Director for the Commonwealth Enterprise and Investment Council, CWEIC and has over 20 years worked in various organisations but specifically within the Education and International Development Sectors.

Benjamin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education & Development from Huddersfield University, UK, a Post Graduate Certificate in Teaching – (PGCE) from Christ Church Canterbury University, UK, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Birkbeck College, University of London, UK and a Master’s Degree in Educational Planning, Economics and International Development from University College London(UCL), UK. He recently completed a Post Graduate Certificate course in International Human Right Law and Practice with the London School of Economics (LSE)–UK.

ALBERT CAMPBELL DUNCAN

DUNSALTANT, ICT

Albert Duncan is an IT specialist with over 20 years’ experience in Administration and Networking. Also, has over 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Worked with Wizcom Systems, an Internet Service provider as the CEO for a period of 5 years. Wizcom Systems provided dial-up and wireless internet services in the Tema Metropolis.

In addition, Albert works with ECOO Graphix a digital imaging systems provider with offices in Canada, China, and the United States. He does sales and after-sales support for West Africa in all their product lines from digital machines and consumables.

ELI FIADZOE

PROJECTS/GRANTS MANAGER

For more than eleven years, since completing the University of Ghana with a B.A in Political Science, an Intermediate Status with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, and a subsequent M.A in Development Studies, Eli Fiadzoe has worked in corporate office, lectured, operated a business, and provided business development advice to existing and yet-to exist businesses across different sectors. These sectors include Oil and Gas, Language Learning, Energy, Human Resource and Development, Agribusiness, Tyre Recycling, Micro Finance, Mobile Data Resale, Internet Infrastructure and ISPs.

Elis functions have boarded around Government Agencies, Multinationals, SMEs and Start-Ups, and involved such activities as Business Facilitation and Linkage, Matchmaking, Business Diagnostics, Proposal Writing, Strategic Business Plan Preparation and Review, Business Advisory and Coaching, Monitoring and Reporting, Market Research and Funding.

As evidence of his proven ability and passion for private sector involvement in national development, most of the SMEs he has been involved with continue to engage him. Such institutions as Lingua Institute, morphing from the Linguaphone Group in the UK, the Consolidated Construction Company- Greece, Afrikay Investments Ltd, Minana Ltd, Dense Technologies and Engineering, Teckaid, Urbana Foods suffice. His scope also includes lecturing in some of Ghana’s private tertiary institutions.

Eli is a partner in a few startups. Helping them to raise funds, win and execute contracts, and operate efficient systems. He is a prolific writer and speaker. He has contributed to many platforms about different sectors of the Ghanaian economy and provided business advice. Such platforms include the Business and Financial Times Newspaper and the Daily Graphic.

Eli likes to read, write and share knowledge. He is passionate about youth and invests in their courses.
